Our story

We started as a small group of studio crew who were tired of seeing talented newcomers thrown into live work without practice. We built a training floor that behaves like a real gallery and studio, so mistakes happen in rehearsal, not on air.

Today we support broadcasters, production companies, universities and independent creators across the United Kingdom, covering studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and the workflows that tie them together.

What we stand for

  • Learn on a live floor

Every session happens in a working studio with real cameras, lights and talkback, never a slide deck alone.

  • Safety and discipline

Tidy cabling, safe rigging and clear communication are taught first because they protect people and shows.

  • Teamwork on air

Camera, light, sound and gallery learn together, so handovers are smooth when the programme is live.

Monitoring and review suite

After each rehearsal crews review recordings, waveforms and audio levels together, so every fix is based on what the camera and microphones actually captured.
